Kylee has been talking about wanting to get her ears pierced for about 6 months now. I told her that she could do it for her birthday if she still wanted to have that for her birthday present. She has been looking forward to this for a long time and she definitely still wanted to do it when her birthday came!
I have sort of dragged my feet on letting our girls get their ears pierced. I, myself, am allergic to earrings and have a feeling they might have inherited that allergy as well. It was miserable for me when I was younger because my ears were always getting infected (eww!) and I even passed out one time while I was cleaning my ears! Anyway, I'm hoping Kylee has a good experience and doesn't have the same problems!

"Pre" Earrings...
We went to a cute little shop in Fruita called "It's a Girl Thang!" to get the job done. Can you tell how excited she is? Kylee told me that the day before we went, she couldn't stop thinking or talking about it at school. She was psyched!

We just got Megan's ears pierced too! I agree with you that it makes them look so much older! She was super excited though and it looks like Kylee was too! She looks adorable!
