Q Party

Every year we have a party with Gary's side of the family. This year it was on Dec. 26th. After we opened all our presents on Christmas day, we then headed to Green River. We had it the next day at Gary's parent's house. It was a lot of fun. For some reason, I totally spaced bringing presents for the gift exchange! We were supposed to bring a little present for each person in the family. Then we would do the gift exchange white elephant style! Since I didn't bring gifts (and Kaylyn forgot hers from Salt Lake) we went to the local gas station to find some gifts. My picks were mostly candy but the gas station did have a toy aisle and we were able to get some decent things. Popular gifts that got stolen were toy guns, snap gum, lip gloss and games.

It was fun to spend time with the Q side and just hang out. Unfortunately, Kristin and Scott's family couldn't come this year because they had already planned their vacation to California. I'm sure they were having fun in CA while we were in Green River, but they were missed!
